Shipping Policy


We offer shipping for Domestic Orders throughout the United States for all 50 states. Any Domestic Orders $49.00 or over will receive FREE SHIPPING. Also, we provide shipping to International Orders that include shipping fees and handling fees. Sorry, to cover the costs, there will be no free shipping offered for any International Orders. Please contact us for your shipping cost.


Please allow 7 to 10 business days for Domestic Shipping and 21 to 30 days for International orders, depending on Customs.


I personally know how it is to order something and anxiously await the package to arrive. Sometimes I have been unpleasantly surprised when it arrives in a damaged box and the contents are broken or damaged. So, we take great care and patience to wrap and package your purchase with tender loving care so you can have it can be delivered in the best quality and manner possible in a timely manner. It may not arrive overnight, but we do everything possible to make sure you are happy when your package arrives and you open it.

Return & Exchange Policy


Our return policy is 30 days from your purchase date. Seller cannot accept returns simply for a “change of mind”, so please look at all pictures carefully before buying and feel free to ask questions prior to purchase. Returns will be accepted for anything that arrives damaged.


Buyer must contact seller to initiate the return and supply proof of purchase. Once an approval and RA number is obtained from the seller, the buyer must send back to seller with tracking number, unless other arrangements are made between seller and buyer.  If damage occurred during shipping, a claim will be opened with shipping company or USPS, which in these cases photos of the item only may be required. If an actual return of product is required, make sure you have contacted seller for authorized return and write the RA number on outside of package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as the following:

           -Gift Cards

           -Face Masks

           -Downloadable digital art products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.






Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, usually within 15 days (sometimes more if needed at discretion of seller).


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Once you receive an approval from us then send your item to: P.O. Box 53, Covina, CA 91723, United States.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.



To return your product, you should mail your product after you receive approval from seller to: P.O. Box 53, Covina, CA 91723, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If by chance you do not have the ability to pay the return shipping please contact us and we will try to work with you to come up with the best possible solution.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
