"Our Heart Leads Us" is a powerful painting two years in the making as the first layer of paint hid the faces and heart underneath. Until one night, it was like they beckoned themselves to the surface. Not only one person showed themselves, but another face appeared. Gold pattern leaves surround the heart like the purity and richness that embodies our souls. Individuals who seemingly are separate and alone, truly have a shared existence on this earth.
 
As OUR HEART LEADS US, and we are NOT ALONE. There were no photographs to go by, just the intuition of my HEART AS IT LEADS ME, hence the title "Our Heart Leads Us." So we must listen to our hearts especially when we face hard difficult decisions or come to a crossroads in our lives.
